Website Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of the Ms. B’s Medical Home Supply website, accounts, product information, and request workflows.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the website or submitting a request, you acknowledge these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to agree or act with appropriate authority for the customer.
2. General information—not medical advice
Website and assistant content is general information only. It does not diagnose, prescribe, select medically appropriate equipment, replace a clinician, or provide emergency services. Call 911 for an emergency.
3. Product and order requests
Catalog listings invite requests for information. A cart submission is not a completed purchase, prescription, coverage determination, authorization, inventory reservation, or delivery promise. Product, configuration, price, tax, stock, suitability, documentation, service area, and fulfillment must be confirmed.
4. Insurance and payer requirements
Coverage and eligibility depend on current payer requirements and may require active eligibility, supplier participation, a qualifying written order, medical-necessity documentation, prior authorization, face-to-face requirements, or other conditions. Displaying a product does not guarantee reimbursement.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate information, protecting access to your authentication account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Authentication is provided by a third-party platform whose terms also apply.
6. Public-form and live-chat restrictions
Do not submit health details, insurance identifiers, prescriptions, card images, payment information, government identifiers, or authentication secrets through a public form, the virtual assistant, or live chat. Staff replies depend on availability and are not guaranteed to be immediate. Live chat is not an emergency service. Use only approved secure instructions supplied by an authorized representative.
7. Optional customer reviews
Delivered-order review invitations are optional and account-restricted. Reviews must be truthful, based on the customer’s own experience, and free of medical, insurance, payment, authentication, or account-security information. Publication requires the customer’s affirmative choice. We may moderate prohibited, deceptive, abusive, or unrelated content, but choosing whether to review does not affect service, coverage, or customer rights.
8. Optional electronic chat records
If you affirmatively choose email or text-message delivery, we may send your support-chat record or a private conversation link to the selected destination after the chat closes. Links expire after 30 days and must be kept confidential. Carrier messaging or data rates may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed, and consent may be withdrawn for future chats in your account. Do not use chat or an electronic transcript for sensitive health, insurance, payment, or authentication information.
9. Delivery, pickup, shipping, returns, and warranties
Methods, timing, fees, setup, inspection, proof of delivery, return eligibility, hygiene restrictions, special-order limitations, manufacturer warranties, and authorization steps depend on the confirmed product and policy communicated before completion. Estimates are not guarantees. Defective, recalled, damaged, mis-shipped, substandard, or unsuitable items remain subject to applicable supplier standards, warranties, and nonwaivable consumer protections. 10. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate another person, scrape protected content, or use automation that burdens or compromises the service.
11. Intellectual property
The website’s original branding, layout, text, and materials are owned by or licensed to MSBB LLC unless otherwise stated. Product names and third-party marks remain their respective owners’ property.
12. Availability and third-party services
The website may be changed, interrupted, corrected, or discontinued. Integrated authentication, forms, sheets, hosting, payment, shipping, or communications services are operated by third parties and may have separate terms.
13. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that all content is complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable federal and Nevada law without overriding mandatory consumer protections. Arbitration, jury waiver, class waiver, shortened limitations periods, venue restrictions, or similar provisions are not imposed by this pending-review version.
15. Changes, policy version, and contact
We may update these Terms when services, law, service providers, or business practices change. Material changes require review and an updated policy version or acknowledgment when applicable.
