POLICY VERSION 1.2 · PENDING FORMAL LEGAL REVIEW
Ordering, Fulfillment, Returns & Customer Care Policies
Clear expectations for product requests, insurance preparation, payment readiness, shipping, pickup, local delivery, setup, returns, complaints, and accessibility.
Order requests
Catalog listings invite you to request information and human review. Adding an item to your cart or sending a request does not complete a purchase, reserve inventory, authorize payment, establish medical necessity, or promise coverage or delivery. We confirm the product, configuration, quantity, availability, price, tax, documentation, service area, fulfillment method, and return terms before finalization.
Insurance preparation
Coverage is never guaranteed. A payer may require active eligibility, supplier participation, a qualifying written order, a face-to-face encounter, medical-necessity records, prior authorization, quantity limits, or rental-versus-purchase rules. We will explain the next steps after reviewing your request. Do not place member IDs, Medicare or Medicaid numbers, diagnoses, prescriptions, clinical notes, dates of birth, or insurance-card images in a public form or chat.
Nevada Medicaid enrollment status
The temporary federal DMEPOS supplier enrollment moratorium expired on August 27, 2026. Its expiration does not itself enroll or authorize Ms. B’s to bill Nevada Medicaid. We cannot promise Nevada Medicaid billing until our applicable enrollment is completed and approved. Southern Nevada recipients may call (702) 668-4200; recipients in other Nevada areas may call (866) 569-1746. Customers can also visit Nevada Medicaid’s contact page for current coverage and enrolled-supplier assistance.
Payment readiness
Online charging will activate only after an approved payment processor, final pricing, tax, refund, security, reconciliation, and customer-notice controls are in place. Never send payment-card information through a callback form, Google Form, document upload, virtual assistant, or general customer note.
Shipping, pickup, delivery, and setup
You may request shipment to your address, pickup, or shipment to Ms. B’s followed by local delivery and setup when available. Rates, carrier, service area, timing, address access, setup scope, proof of delivery, and responsible party must be confirmed. Estimates are not guarantees. Gate codes and driver instructions should be limited to delivery access and must not contain health, insurance, payment, or password information.
Returns and exchanges
Signed-in customers may use the account Return Center to identify an item, receive a preliminary eligibility result, request a local pickup window or approved drop-off appointment, ask for authorized return shipping, and track staff review. A submitted request is not approval, a confirmed appointment, or authorization to ship.
Items restricted from routine return
Eligibility depends on the item, condition, packaging, hygiene and infection-control status, customization, special-order status, prescription or payer rules, manufacturer terms, and applicable law. Opened personal-use or hygiene items, opened sterile products, used consumables, custom-fitted or altered products, contaminated items, and oxygen, hazardous materials, or regulated batteries sent without special authorization may be prohibited from routine return where lawful. Products disclosed as final sale or nonreturnable before purchase may also be restricted.
Quality, safety, warranty, and legal protections
Defective, recalled, damaged, mis-shipped, unsafe, substandard, or unsuitable items receive staff review and remain subject to applicable warranty, recall, supplier-standard, payer, and nonwaivable consumer protections. A hygiene or final-sale restriction does not automatically end that review.
Return transportation
Available methods are an approved Ms. B’s pickup, a confirmed drop-off appointment, or shipment using authorized instructions or a return label. Pickup dates entered online are requests until confirmed. Do not travel to an address or send an item before receiving approval and instructions. Never self-ship medical oxygen, hazardous materials, regulated batteries, contaminated products, or rental equipment.
Rental equipment, repairs, and warranties
Maintenance, repair, and replacement obligations for rental equipment follow the confirmed product, payer, manufacturer, and supplier requirements. We provide applicable use, maintenance, infection-control, hazard, repair, warranty, and customer-service information with the finalized item or service.
Complaints and customer rights
Use the About & Contact page to request a callback about a product, delivery, return, billing concern, accessibility barrier, privacy request, or complaint. We document and investigate complaints under our controlled process. You will not be retaliated against for a good-faith complaint or lawful privacy or consumer request. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Accessibility and communication help
We aim to provide keyboard-accessible, readable, clearly labeled workflows and reasonable communication assistance. If a page or form is difficult to use, request a callback and tell us what type of help or alternative format you need without including sensitive health or insurance information.
Policy status
These customer-facing policies summarize MSBB LLC controlled policy IT-017 version 1.1. Business-specific contact details, service boundaries, processor terms, rates, return windows, payer participation, and licensure or accreditation claims are published only after verification and approval. Mandatory legal rights are not limited by this summary.
